Just Add More Plants!
After receiving a negative health checkup, the doctor said to “eat more plants.” This one-liner sent us on a journey to make eating plants easier and more appealing. Now we have a long list of new favorite meals that are plant based, heart healthy, and most of all EASY and INEXPENSIVE to prepare. We were able to improve our health without eliminating anything, just by adding more plants!
We did not go meatless, just add MORE PLANTS!
